kimchi soup
_ingredients
kimchi, enoki mushrooms, chicken powder, light soy sauce, beef strips, noodle of choice

1. start boiling desired amount of water, when it begins to heat up add in soy sauce, chicken powder
2. add in rest of ingredients
3. when vegetables become soft, add in beef
4. add salt, finish when beef turns brown

added quite a bit of soy sauce and this time it ended up better.
i used konjac instead of noodles and also added in a leftover boiled egg.
don't eat this if its cold though... tastes worse.
tofu mushroom soup
_ingredients
tofu, enoki mushrooms, egg, chinese 13 (or 5) spices, oyster sauce, chicken powder

1. start boiling desired amount of water, when it begins to heat up add in a couple squeezes of oyster sauce, 13 spices and chicken powder
2. add cut up tofu, egg and mushrooms when it boils

cucumber pork stirfry
_ingredients
pork (thin), cucumber, garlic, green onion, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken powder, starch, black pepper
_steps
1. slice pork into thin pieces. marinate with light soysauce, starch and black pepper for 15 min
2. slice vegetables in the meanwhile
3. add cooking oil and meat onto pan, cook until meat turns white and put it aside
4. then add oil and vegetables, along with more soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken powder for seasoning plus some salt. cook until cucumber is soft
5. add in meat again, give it a quick stir not for too long.. and done!

我用蒟蒻絲替麵條並加了一顆剩蛋。
建議煮完盡快吃,涼的不好吃。
豆腐金針菇湯
材料
豆腐, 金針菇, 雞蛋, 十三(或五), 蠔油, 雞粉
_步驟
1. 開始燒水 (水量根據你需求), 當水快要燒開的時候,擠一擠點蠔油,加進十三香和雞粉

黃瓜炒肉
_材料
瘦肉(豬)、 黃瓜、 蒜、 洋蔥、 生抽、 蠔油、 雞粉、 淀粉、 黑椒
_步驟
1. 豬肉切成片。 加生抽、淀粉、黑椒,醃製 15 分鐘。
4. 鍋裏再次加油,倒入菜,加進生抽、蠔油、雞粉以及鹽。炒成黃瓜變軟。
